In the previous study, wind loads on the flat plate roof above a stand had been examined with wind tunnel experiments and Large Eddy Simulation (LES). However, the computed and experimental results of the minimum peak pressure near the corner edge of the roof did not coincide with each other. In this paper, the computational conditions are examined for reproducing this pressure by LES. Validation of LES results is performed in terms of both statistics of wind pressure coefficients at each measuring point and fluctuating wind pressure fields obtained by using complex Proper Orthogonal Decomposition (POD) analysis. Furthermore, the wind pressure distributions on the flat plate roof are discussed in detail by using LES and complex POD analysis.
