1.序 兵庫県南部地震などのような大地震に備えるためには,地震発生 に対して被害を極力小さくし,かつ地震被害による建物損傷に,迅 速に対応できるような対策を立てておくことが必要不可欠である。 すなわち,震前と震後の地震対策が必要である。特に地震後の応急 復旧においては,簡便で迅速な対策が要求される。 そのような状況の中,山川と倉重らはPC鋼棒によりプレストレス を導入した単独RC 柱の靭性型耐震補強法を提案した1)。本耐震補強 法は,柱四隅に配置したコーナーピースを介して PC鋼棒を同一平面 上で外帯筋状に架け渡した上で,これらのPC鋼棒に緊張力を導入し て柱を高せん断・高横拘束する乾式工法である。これまでせん断破 壊する柱試験体を対象に,一定軸圧縮力下の正負繰り返し水平加力 実験を行い,その補強効果を確認してきた。水平加力実験のパラ メータはせん断スパン比,軸力,補強量等である。水平加力実験の 結果,本補強法は脆性的な破壊を起こす極短柱を,靭性に富んだ曲 げ降伏柱に変換することが,容易に可能であることを明らかにした。 一方,プレストレスを導入する本補強法は,損傷した柱部材のひ び割れを閉じさせる効果に加えて,重機を必要としない乾式工法で あることから,特に応急補強・復旧において効果的であると考えら れた2)。このことを一定軸力下の正負繰り返し水平加力実験によっ て,変形性能の向上および損傷前の柱部材と同等レベルまで曲げ耐 力が回復できることを確認した3)。さらに,PC 鋼棒に導入する緊張 力を利用して,鋼板(t=3.2 mm)を損傷した柱4面に圧着すると,鋼 An emergency seismic retrofit technique is indispensable for the rehabilitation of damaged RC buildings immediately after earthquake attack. Therefore, it is important to develop quick and convenient emergency retrofit technique to recover the seismic performance of the structures damaged by earthquakes. It is well known fact that the strength and ductility of RC columns can be extremely enhanced by transverse confinement which also acts as shear reinforcement. Considering this fact, an emergency retrofit technique utilizing pre-tensioned high strength steel bars (PC bars) and steel plates is proposed in this paper. The effectiveness of the proposed retrofit technique is experimentally investigated and analytically evaluated simultaneously.
