The clinical outcome of surgical treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis with including spinopelvic parameters

. The clinical outcome of treatment depends on many factors. This study is to describe the demographic parameters and clinical outcome of surgery in patients with degenerative and isthmic spondylolisthesis, in additional to compare radiographic sagittal spinopelvic parameters. Materials and Methods. 61 patients with degenerative and isthmic spondylolisthesis assessed functional statement after surgery. Radiographic assessment were made level, type and grade of the spondylolisthesis, pelvic incidence (PI), sacral slope (SS) and pelvic tilt (PT) and lumbar lordosis (LL), preand post-surgery reports, reduction percentage slip after surgery. Results. There were no significant statistical relationships between the functional measurements and v and the degree of spondylolisthesis, the initial degree of slide, age, and the number of operated motor segments, sex, type of spondylolisthesis, the used interbody implant and spinopelvic parameters. Conclusions. The functional measurements not correlated with radiological and spinopelvic parameters.
