Depression in adolescent victims of sexual violence needs to get proper attention and handling. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling in reducing depression in adolescent victims of sexual violence. The data collection tools used are depression scale and introvert personality type scale. The subjects of this study were 5 (five) introverted adolescents who had experienced sexual violence and had received psychosocial assistance from Yayasan Hotline Surabaya and Yayasan Embun Surabaya Foundation. The research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The analytical method used was nonparametric wilxocon test and correlation test using spearman. The results showed effective group therapy in reducing depression in introverted adolescents with significance p = 0.043 (p <0.05).
