Ðåçþìå. Ïðîâåäåíû èññëåäîâàíèÿ ïî îïðåäåëåíèþ ðåçóëüòàòèâíîñòè âûìûâàíèÿ ýìáðèîíîâ â çàâèñèìîñòè îò ìåòîäà èçâëå÷åíèÿ è ñóïåðîâóëÿòîðíîé ðåàêöèè ÿè÷íèêîâ êîðîâ-äîíîðîâ ýìáðèîíîâ. Ïðîöåäóðó âûìûâàíèÿ ýìáðèîíîâ ïðîâåëè ó 216 êîðîâ-äîíîðîâ, êîòîðûå áûëè ðàçäåëåíû íà òðè ãðóïïû â çàâèñèìîñòè îò ìåòîäà èçâëå÷åíèÿ: ãðóïïà I (n = 66) – ãðàâèòàöèîííûé (ñèñòåìà ñàìîòåêà) ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ïîëèìåðíûõ òðóáîê; ãðóïïà II (n = 97) – øïðèöåâàíèÿ (ïîðöèîííûé) ñ ïîìîùüþ øïðèöà Ëþýðà îáúåìîì 60 ìë; ãðóïïà III (n = 53) – çàìêíóòîãî öèêëà öèðêóëÿöèè ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì óñòàíîâêè äëÿ íåõèðóðãè÷åñêîãî èçâëå÷åíèÿ ýìáðèîíîâ ó æèâîòíûõ (ïàòåíò ÐÔ íà ïîëåçíóþ ìîäåëü 1156767). Â ðåçóëüòàòå ïðîâåäåííûõ èññëåäîâàíèé óñòàíîâëåíî, ÷òî îïòèìàëüíûì ìåòîäîì èçâëå÷åíèÿ ýìáðèîíîâ ÿâëÿåòñÿ ñïîñîá çàìêíóòîãî öèêëà öèðêóëÿöèè ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì óñòàíîâêè äëÿ íåõèðóðãè÷åñêîãî èçâëå÷åíèÿ ýìáðèîíîâ ó æèâîòíûõ (ïàòåíò ÐÔ íà ïîëåçíóþ ìîäåëü 1156767), êîòîðûé ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ èçâåñòíûìè (ãðàâèòàöèîííûé è øïðèöåâàíèÿ) ïîâûøàåò ýôôåêòèâíîñòü èçâëå÷åíèÿ ýìáðèîíîâ íà 19,1% è 14,1%, äîñòèãàÿ 89,0%; ñîêðàùàåò âðåìÿ âûìûâàíèÿ ñ 20–30 ìèíóò äî 3–5 ìèíóò; ñîêðàùàåò îáúåì èñïîëüçóåìîé æèäêîñòè ñ 600–1000 ìë äî 150– 200 ìë; ïîçâîëÿåò ìèíèìèçèðîâàòü óòðàòó çàðîäûøåé â ïðîöåññå èõ èçâëå÷åíèÿ. Summary.Studies were conducted to determine the effectiveness of embryo recovery depending on the extraction method and superovulation response of donor cows. In the study 216 donor cows were included. They were divided into 3 group on the basis of the method applied for the embryo recovery. The gravitational method (self-draining system) with polymer tubes was utilized for the first group (n = 66), the syringe portioned method with 60ml syringe with Luer lock was used for the second group (n = 97), and the closed circulation cycle method with the apparatus for non-surgical embryos recovery (patent of the Russian Federation for utility model No. 156767) was applied for the last group of cows (n = 53).As a result, the closed circulation cycle method using the apparatus for nonsurgical recovering embryos was shown to be the optimal. In comparison with the gravitational and the syringe portioned methods, this method increased the efficiency of embryo recovery by 19.1% and 14.1%, respectively, reaching 89.0%; reduced embryo recovery time from 20–30 minutes to 3–5 minutes; decreased the volume of the used fluid from 600–1000 ml to 150-200 ml; and allowed to minimize the loss of embryos in the process of their recovery.
