EnglishAfter the presentation of the situation which refers to studying French language in Montenegro, this paper analyzes the difficulties encountered by Montenegrin teachers on their career path and suggests changes in the curricula of undergraduate studies. The paper is based on the data provided by currently active French teachers in Montenegro and on the other hand on the data provided by the students of those schools which are in places in which the interest in learning French has considerably decreased. francaisSuite a une presentation de l’etat des lieux de l’enseignement de FLE au Montenegro, cette contribution analyse les difficultes des enseignants montenegrins dans leur voie professionnelle et propose de reflechir a un reamenagement de leur cursus de formation initiale. Le travail repose d’une part sur des donnees recueillies aupres des enseignants de FLE actifs au Montenegro et d’autre part sur les donnees relevees aupres des eleves provenant d’ecoles situees dans les localites ou l’enseignement du francais a connu une regression considerable.
