Based on the theory of credit rationing and the survey data of 324 households in Shaanxi Province, this paper uses heckprobit sample selection method to study and analyze the impact of joining cooperatives on farmers'credit rationing. The results show that after joining the cooperatives, the degree of bank credit rationing for peasant households has been reduced, at the same time, the degree of self-credit rationing for peasant households has been alleviated, and financial linkages can improve the confidence and willingness of peasant households. The policy enlightenment lies in that the government should strengthen the guidance and support for cooperatives, promote the institutional innovation of rural financial support for agriculture, countryside and farmers, and improve the rural financial environment. Keywords—information asymmetry, credit rationing,financial linkages,sample selection model 摘要—本文基于信贷配给理论,以陕西地区 324 户农户调 查数据为基础,采用 heckprobit 样本选择方法来研究分析加 入合作社后对农户信贷配给的影响。结果表明:加入合作社后, 农户受到的银行信贷配给程度得到了降低,同时,农户自我信 贷配给程度也得到了缓解,金融联结能够提高农户的信贷信心 和意愿。政策启示在于政府应当加强对合作社的指导和扶持, 推进农村金融支持三农的制度创新,改善农村金融环境。
