Improve teachers' professional ability is the necessary way to realize the goal of education and promote teachers' professional development, is the need for a long-term process of teachers' lifelong efforts. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the middle vocational undergraduate teachers' professional ability, proposed middle vocational undergraduate teachers' professional competence, formulate the development strategy and improve the capacity.
