This study is aimed to find how structural narrative which is in Beauty and The Beast fairytale by using structuralism narratology A.J. Greimas. The purpose of this study is to obtain, examine, understand and describe the actantial and functional structure of Beauty and The Beast. The result of the study concludes that the analysis of main actantial scheme and functional structure is the Beast looking for his true love to break the curse. The desire and wish of the characters which are the activator to looking for his true love. Keywords-actantial, functional, structuralism, narrative structuralism, Beauty and The Beast.
