The paper analyzes efficient development of innovative activities can be carried out, on the basis of conducted research, on research base, the foundations of which are laid upon the objective analysis of the existing and anticipated results of the processes of developing and implementing of innovations. To realize it in our work a series of common scientific, special and applied investigation methods was used.
