Social networks become the full-fledged tool in communications between different subjects of the interpersonal and social relations. It is caused by presence at networks of specific target audience and a possibility of fast information exchange. Today the history of origin and development, perspective of functioning of social networks gradually turn into one of the relevant directions of scientific research, and attracts interest of representatives of different sciences: from philosophers, sociologists, economists, to experts in the sphere of ICT. The Internet represents the global phenomenon, but, despite globalization, local interests promote creation of communities and their unity.
