In this paper, we conduct research on the college English education professional personnel training and the docking of middle and primary school English education quality improvement. At present, applied English talents c ultivation has become China's economic development and the inherent requirement of education development. Our research applied the quality improvement methodology into the tra ining procedure. In view of the reality needs applied, compound talents training mode of research and design should become the key of the English teaching reform. In the future, we will conduct more research on the topic more in-depth.
