With the popularity of computer and internet, cybercrime is rampant. However, the characteristics of internet making it more difficult to monitor the cybercrime, such as openness anonymity high speed and across localization. In this paper, we propose a new method to prevent cybercrime. Critical Information are taken as important information to monitor burst cybercrime events in massive data. With the detection of characters about critical people and information, we can quickly discover the network crime, and then the government can intervene in time.
