The poor people who are dealing with the law are guaranteed by the constitution to get free legal assistance. This followed up through several regulations that became the basis for legal aid providers to give legal assistance. However, from the provision of legal aid there is no uniformity in the model that causes legal aid recipients have difficulty, accessing legal assistance.
