The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between supplier’s dependency and the relationship orientation\udof supplier-manufacturer relationship.\udThe main tools of data collection instrument used was a questionnaire which was\udadministrated to a total sample of 210\udmanagers is classified by job title and respondents are also classified by their job\udfunctions are corporate executives, purchasing, manufacturing or production,\udmaterial, and operation from Malaysia\udelectrical and electronic manufacturing\udindustry.The response rate was 26%\udwhile 96% were usable questionnaires.\udSample selection was based on random\udsampling.The data were analyzed using\udmean, standard deviation and correlation\udbetween independent and dependent variables. The analyses involved statistical\udmethods such as reliability and validity\udtests and multiple regressions. The findings show that the supplier perceives dependency has a significant relationship with relationship orientation statically
