At present, Chinese colleges have a series of prominent problems in terms of teachers’ professional development, mainly including inexplicit professional development planning, inadequate professional development training and insufficient self-cognition of teachers etc. How to seek an effective way to develop professional development education facing existing problems has become a primary issue in professional development of college teachers.
