Fundamental changes have taken place in the reading habits of college students in the digital media age. This paper, through the statistical analysis of the borrowing volume of paper books in Shandong Institute of Business and Technology for the last five years, finds out the changes and status of reading habits and contents of college student, and suggests that colleges and universities should organize various reading promotion activities and erect a reading platform in accordance with the characteristics of college students.
