This paper describes the background of curriculum reform and discusses some related theoretical and practical issues of hotel curriculum group. Using detail analysis from the theoretical and practical point of view, this paper report here that the establishment of the hotel management curriculum group not only adapts to the characteristics of cross-subject, but also meets the goal of cultivating the hotel management talents, and can effectively overcome the current teaching shortcomings of hotel management.
