The purpose of this research is to know the impact of profitability, liquidity, and investment opportunity to dividend policy. In this research, proxy of profitability is ROE, liquidity is CR, and investment opportunity is Market to Book Asset Ratio. Sampling method which is used is purposive sampling from companies listed in the LQ45 index during 2009 -2013. Panel data regressions used as data analysis method. The results of the research show negative effects of profitability which is significantly to dividend policy, while liquidity has positive effects which isn’t significantly to dividend policy, and investment opportunity has negative effects which isn’t significantly to dividend policy.
