The development of shared bicycles is a new hot spot in China's sharing economy. It uses idle social resources to solve the "last kilometer" demand of residents' travel through the network platform, and rises rapidly in various cities. This paper analyzes the unique business model and profit model of shared bicycles, and points out several major problems in their development.
