The establishment of the teaching system on every specialty curriculum in colleges and universities responds directly to the teaching purpose and training goal, it’s not only a requirement for the personnel cultivation in higher education which shall have the appropriate structure of knowledge and level of ability and quality but also one of the important contents of the basic teaching construction.
