Through the research on the construction of Chinese philosophy and management theory in recent years, this article focuses on the relationship between Chinese indigenous management theory and Chinese traditional cultural resources. The research indicates that management scholars summarize laws and construct new theories as the man of experience in life-word rather than the rational man.
