The rapid development of technology makes our life space filled with e-books. In the investigation of reading contents, almost all of the respondents chose "the interested contents". It has become micro-reading and reading ones’ interested books. The lending rate of philosophical classics is ranked over one hundred in a lot of college libraries. With the popularization of higher education, private colleges and universities develop rapidly. Private colleges and universities usually are characterized by stressing technology and specialties and belittling humanities and general education.
