At present, there are still some disconnections between the training of news communication talents and the actual social needs. Especially, some problems need to be solved urgently, such as vague professional orientation planning, lack of teachers, weak conditions and facilities for running schools, inadequate teaching reform and low development of students’ personality. Against the background of the new national standards, it is necessary to rebuild the system framework of talent training mode reform from the following five aspects to make media graduates have great prospects in the era of media integration.
