This paper takes 20 listed companies in the retail industry of six provinces in China from 2013 to 2017 as samples, uses DEA method to calculate the financial efficiency value of each listed company, and uses Tobit regression method to empirically analyze the factors affecting the company's financial efficiency. The financial efficiency of the listed companies in the six provinces of East China is generally low, and the number of listed companies that have achieved efficiency is 4, accounting for 20%; the monetary funds and net fixed assets have a significant impact on the financial efficiency of the company.
