Young people have become the main force of teachers in colleges. In order to help them pass the barrier in teaching, the paper indicates the advantages, disadvantages and common problems of young teachers in classroom teaching, based on the practice of teaching supervision and management. Some suggestions are put forward to improving classroom quality from the school leadership and management aspect, and also the young teachers themselves.
