With the increase of the number of teeth out of band saw blade, saw blade vibration frequency increases, increases from 33Hz to 72Hz. According to the change of transverse band saw blade vibration frequency, can be inferred the number of teeth in the reverse band saw off, which can fault on-line monitoring of band-saw blade.
