The aim of this study is to analyze the implication of psychological contract fulfillment on employee’s turnover intention through work engagement. Data sample were collected from 240 employees foreign pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model. The data collection is merely based one shoot study. The finding show that Both of psychological contract fulfillment dimension transactional and relational plays a significant predictor for turnover intention. They will determine how changes turnover intention through work engagement. At the end of the year the tendency of employee involvement is high due to the high pressure of the company to achieve targets and direct performance bonuses for the targets achieved.
