“The Belt and Road Initiative” is a new cooperation model proposed by China, the construction of “the Belt and Road Initiative” has provided greater space for Chinese culture to the world. An important commodity in China’s ancient Silk Road is Chinese tea, the trade of Chinese tea has promoted the spread of Chinese culture. It is said that tea culture has always held a unique position under the background of “the Belt and Road Initiative”. The construction of the tea culture communication system has injected new vitality into the international communication of Chinese culture. However, the construction of the system with Chinese characteristics is difficult at present, and the spread of tea culture is faced with a series of difficulties.
