1.は じめ に 半 導 体 レー ザ は電 流及 び 温 度 に よ り波 長 が変 化 す る の で、 これ を利 用 して 変 え二 重 露 光 を 行 い 、 そ の 波 長 差 に 相 当 す る等 高線 を 作 成 す る方 法 が あ る。 し か し、 電 流 及 び 温 度 を利 用 し た場 合 そ の 変 化 幅 は最 大 で0.5nm前 後 で あ り、 干 渉 縞 ピ ッチ は1mmと な り測 定 範 囲 に 限 界 が あ る。 そ こで 、 半 導 体 レー ザ の 外 部 に 回 折 格 子 を 設 置 し外 部 共 振 器 を構 成 す る。 こ の 回 折 格 子 の 角度 微 調 す るこ とに よ り発 振 モ ー ドを選 択 す る こ とが で き、 波 長 を広 範 囲 に わ た って 可 変 す る 事 が で きる1,2。 こ の 方 法 に よ り波 長 を変 化 させ 等 高 線 作 成 を 行 う こ と を 目 的 と した 。
