2,実 験方 法 2,1試 料 の作 製 試 料の 出発組 成 は 、Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oxと し 、原料 粉 にはBi2O3,PbO,SrCO3,CaCO3,CuOの 高 純度 粉末 を使 用 し、固相反応 法 に よ り作 製 した 。 2,2超 伝 導遷移 温 度(Tc*)の 測定 電 気抵 抗 の測 定 には の直流 四 端子 法 を用 い 、試 料 の端子 間電 圧 の測定 には 、Keithley 182 nanovoltmeter(分 解 能 1 nV)を 用 いた 。温度 の制 御 は クラ イオ ス タッ トを用 いて 熱 漏 れ 法 に よ り 行 っ た 。 温 度 の 測 定 に は 、 Au*0,07%Fe-Chromel熱 電対 を 用 いた 。 超 電 導 遷 移 温 度(Tc*)は 、 電 気 抵 抗率 がRonの 1/10と な る時 の温 度 と定義 した 。なお 、Ronは 温 度 に対 す る電 気抵抗 率 の曲線 の 傾 きが(1)式 で 表 され る直 線 と接 す る時 の電 気抵抗 率 であ る 。
