廃プラスチックとフライアッシュを主原料とする再生複合材の熱伝導率を平板直接法により測定した。試料は廃プラスチックからなる混合相が母材として連続相を形成し、粒径が約60μm以下のフライアッシュ粒子が不規則な間隔で分散している複合材料である。試料内部では小さな気孔が密集しているのも確認された。測定試料の大きさは加熱源と同じ大きさとし、100×100および50×50mm2である。熱伝導率は、試料温度が250から350Kまで上昇すると、約0.44から0.38W・m-1・K-1まで直線的に減少している。試料100×100mm2の測定データの再現性は約±2%以内、一方、試料50×50mm2の場合は約±4%以内である。また試料50×50mm2の測定結果は100×100mm2に比べ低めを示しているが、5%以内で一致している。
