To present work it analyzes the speech technnicality materialized in the Guidelines National Curriculares of the Degree courses in Nursing (DCENF), and it follows the perspective of the Analysis of the Speech inaugurated by Michel Pêcheux. For accomplishment of the research we left of the study with base in discursive materialities, apprehended starting from documents. With base in the adopted theoretical presuppositions, we understood that referred them guidelines, seemingly, they seem to appear for an opposition to the formation technnicality, though, when analyzed in a perspective dscursive materialistic historical, they appear for the materialization of a speech that, in their sense effects, it tries to hide the impositions of the capital in crisis to the formation in nursing in the country, while they reproduce the ideological effects of the historical supremacy of the technique in the formation in nursing.
