This study was conducted at the Biological Station Pindo Mirador in order to identify the species of flora in different areas according to the altitudinal gradient. The forests of the Biological Station Pindo Mirador are ecosystems of the Amazon inhabited by a variety of species we worked with radial transects so that this methodology allowed to cover a larger number of species. The data were analyzed and determined the composition of floristic diversity index, similarity index and the conservation status of species of primary and secondary forest. The density was higher in secondary forests, while according to the diversity index obtained is fairly low, with the similarity between the transects established more similar to 1300 meters. Secondary forests are in a state of recovery.
