The article considers the problem of creating a European network of partnership academies as an innovative model for training border guards for the purpose of further using advanced ideas for modernizing the system of professional training of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The peculiarities of the organization of unified training of border guards in the partnership academies of the European Union countries have been highlighted. The main objectives of the network of partnership academies are: to organize unified training of the border guards in European border guard educational institutions; to promote the development of a common culture of European border guarding with harmonized standards, values and practices; to improve the quality of training of the personnel of the national border guard agencies; optimize the use of available resources for the border guards training. Балендр, кандидат педагогічних наук, Європейська мережа партнерських академій як інноваційна модель підготовки фахівців з охорони кордону / Національна академія Державної прикордонної служби України,  Україна, Хмельницький. В статті розглядається проблема створення європейської мережі партнерських академій як інноваційної моделі підготовки фахівців з охорони кордону з метою подальшого використання передових ідей для модернізації системи професійної підготовки персоналу Державної прикордонної служби України. Висвітлено особливості організації уніфікованої підготовки прикордонників в партнерських академіях країн Європейського Союзу. Визначено основні цілі мережі партнерських академій: організація спільної з європейськими закладами освіти підготовки фахівців з охорони кордону; розвиток спільної культури європейської прикордонної охорони з гармонізованими стандартами, цінностями та практикою; забезпечення  якості підготовки фахівців з охорони  кордону національних прикордонних відомств; оптимізація використання наявних ресурсів для підготовки фахівців з охорони  кордону. Ключові слова : підготовка прикордонників, партнерська академія, уніфіковані стандарти, мережева взаємодія, країни Європейського Союзу.
