This paper presents the result of a training innovation project carried out in subjects from Engineering and Technical Architecture degrees, through which it is sought to adapt the academic tutoring to the learning environment of the students, to favour the peer learning and to improve the communication between students and professors. For that purpose, a study room was enabled to develop part of the tutorial work of a team of professors. Through satisfaction surveys, professors and students valued positively the experience, although only the transformation of the tutorial action has been registered in half of the subjects that participated in the study.
