Purpose: Analyzing the nursing methods of patients withÂ advanced tumor. Method: ChooseÂ 108 patients with advancedÂ tumor from the patients of the hospital. according to the nursingÂ 109 methods, each 54 patients are brought into the control group andÂ the observation group respectively, which are given generalÂ nursing and hospic comprehensive nursing intervention measures,Â and use Self-rating depression scale (SDS) and Self-RatingÂ Anxiety Scale (SAS) to evaluate the psychological situations of theÂ two groups before and after nursing, and to compare the lifeÂ quality situations and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groupÂ patients after nursing. Results:Â there is no significant difference inÂ psychological status between the two groups before nursing (P >Â 0.05), but after nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in theÂ observation group were lower than those in the control group, andÂ the difference is significant (P<0.05), which is statisticallyÂ significant. For the scores of the life quality, the observation groupÂ is higher than that of the control group, the difference is significantÂ (P < 0.05), which is statistically significant. The nursingÂ satisfaction rate of the observation group is 96.30% (52/54), higherÂ than that of the control group (74.07% (40/54)), and the differenceÂ is significant (P < 0.05), which is statistically significant.Â Conclusion:Â the comprehensive clinical nursing interventionÂ method applying in nursing of patients with advanced tumors playsÂ an important role to improve the psychological status of patientsÂ and enhance the life quality of patients and nursing satisfactionÂ rate, which should be widely popularized in nursing practice.
