The study aims to address decadence as an instrument for operalization of certainty to legal situations in Democratic State of Law. Decadence has a role of limiting or limiting to exercise of rights of squeeze-out and contributes to stability of legal relations through the course of time. We use inductive method from a bibliographical survey on the subject, whose institute of decadence aims at the balance and concretization of legal certainty. We conclude by highlighting the scope of decadence in legal system, as well, an institute of law necessary to implementation and consolidation of fundamental right of legal certainty.
