It’s not intended to conceptualize the Law, or to determine the correct way to be followed, but to provoke reflections on the Law and the ideological implications that permeates it, besides the growing distancing of the Other as a component subject of our culture, which has been silenced for a long time and erased by our exclusionary attitudes. We should think about a juridical teaching full of possibilities, filled with desires, because with desire, we could actually think of the Other. Therefore, a teaching of law with transformative direction marked by respect for diversity and above all based on carnivalization.
