This article analyzes the commercial use of judicial decisions publications by private digital platforms that make them available on their websites. It makes a case study on the legal portal Jusbrasil, which offers, on a costly basis, the service of removing these contents from its website. It considers the principles of publicity for procedural acts and privacy, considering its objective in a Democratic Rule of Law, in the context of the Information Society, which comprises the new information technologies and the possibility of rapid dissemination of information in a socioeconomic context in which the immaterial is the main financial asset.
