The research deals with the use of the dialogue of sources as a method to achieve the autonomous legal protection of chronologic damage, in order to assure the consumer differentiated treatment in case of damage to one of the most valuable legal objects in post modernity, the time. The constitutional text, as regards fundamental guarantees of freedom and dignity of the human person, protected as human rights, as well as the underconstitutional legislation are analyzed, as well as jurisprudence of Superior Court of Justice, in order to assess the litigiousness of the subject matter in the year 2018 and 2019.
