What form does the Judiciary use to maintain the judicial performance in the Covid-19 pandemic? This research analyzed the management of forensic work by the CNJ, in the face of a global health crisis that presupposes social isolation as a way to avoid the contagion of Covid-19. From the methodological point of view, this essay focused on bibliographic and documentary research, with emphasis on the analysis of normative acts of the CNJ. The results showed the remote work regime as a successful response of the national judiciary to the pandemic and that telework was increasingly important in this scenario.
