The objective is to analyze pluralism, through interdisciplinarity, using the theoretical framework “legal pluralism”, a legal and social approach, in the context of globalization and neoliberal rationalism. Research problem: to verify if pluralism presents itself as a legal paradigm to overcome state monism, serving as a basis for the self-composing practices, developed with the participation of the Judiciary. In conclusion, it appears that the State does not present itself as the only source of production of the law and that the delivery of social pacification passes through self-composing means, recognizing the legitimate rights arising from plural social relations. Bibliographic research and the hypothetical-deductive method are used.
