Due to the recent national action to combat slave labor, the interpretation of the concept of this practice is not homogeneously, ranging from legal scopes and courts. In this sense, the research will aim to investigate if the 1st Region’s Federal Regional Court has manifested itself in accordance with the thesis defended by the Supreme Court, in order to keep the country jurisprudence consistent, using bibliographical research.
