目的研究分析对冠心病心肌缺血患者使用替格瑞洛与氯吡格雷治疗的效果。方法研究对象为2019年1月至2020年2月入院的120例老冠心病心肌缺血患者并根据治疗方法的不同分为研究组替格瑞洛治疗和对照组氯吡格雷治疗观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗有效率为98.33%对照组的治疗有效率为88.33%。研究组心率67.38±5.4次/min舒张压65.32±4.03mmHg收缩压106.38±4.42mmHg对照组心率78.86±5.12次/min舒张压75.02±5.31mmHg收缩压119.86±5.12mmHg。研究组血液流变学指标均显著更优组间对比差异显著p0.05。结论对冠心病心肌缺血患者实施替格瑞洛治疗的临床疗效十分显著可以有效改善患者血液流变改善各种临床不良症状。
