自2013年以来一种新的基因编辑技术——规律成簇的间隔短回文重复序列Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic RepeatsCRISPR/cas9受到人们的高度重视成为目前最热的基因编辑系统。它的出现推动了基因编辑技术的发展展现出了令人期待的广阔应用前景。随着基于 CRISPR/Cas 系统新的、改良的基因编辑技术不断涌现可以在不切割DNA 的前提下轻易地对基因进行重组或者对单碱基进行自由替换、删除。与CRISPR/Cas 系统相比而言这些改良后的替代技术显得更加灵活为基因工程和治疗提供了全新的方案也为基因的全面研究提供了强大的技术支撑。目前该技术已经在胚胎干细胞、细菌、斑马鱼、小鼠的基因组进行了精确的基因修饰。因此它已经成为各种基因组编辑目的包括基因治疗研究的一种成本有效且方便的工具。我们相信基于 CRISPR/Cas 系统不断革新的基因编辑技术会在未来的生物研究领域发挥更加重要的作用。在此论文系统地介绍CRISPR/cas9基因编辑技术以便对基因编辑技术有更深入地理解。

基于Crisper cas9基因编辑技术的发展及前景
