论文采用超临界色谱-串联质谱法对以薏苡仁为例的中药材中黄曲霉毒素B1进行测定。将样品粉碎后使用70%甲醇溶液进行提取经免疫亲和柱对AFB1吸附后用甲醇进行洗脱。以临界CO2-甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱经Shim-packUC-XRPC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm3μm)分离。采用电喷雾离子源正离子模式多反应监测(MRM)进行检测。黄曲霉毒素Bl在0.3ng/mL~30ng/mL范围内相关系数分别为0.9999线性关系良好平均加标回收率分别为89.7%~100.9%方法的定量限浓度为0.5μg/kg。本方法简单、安全、准确可用于检测薏苡仁中黄曲霉毒素的残留量。
