目的分析舒适护理在胰十二指肠切除围术期中的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月2020年7月在我院接受胰十二指肠切除术治疗的围术期患者40例随机分为常规组与观察组各20例。常规组采用常规护理观察组采用舒适护理比较两组护理效果、护理前后的心理状态、疼痛情况、舒适度及并发症。结果常规组首次下床时间、首次肛门排气时间、PSQI评分高于观察组P0.05。护理前比较两组SAS、SDS、VAS评分P0.05护理后观察组优于常规组P0.05。常规组重度不适6例舒适度70.0%观察组重度不适1例舒适度95.0%观察组优于常规组P0.05常规组并发症6例发生率30.0%观察组并发症1例发生率5.0%常规组高于观察组P0.05。结论对胰十二指肠切除的围术期患者采用舒适护理能有效减轻患者的疼痛消除负面情绪减少术后并发症的发生率应用效果显著值得推广。
