目的探讨青光眼白内障联合术后干眼症患者选用人工泪液治疗的价值。方法选2019.01-2020.01区间收治60例青光眼白内障联合术后干眼症患者研究均分为2组随机信封法对照组30例选用常规治疗观察组30例选用人工泪液治疗统计两组临床疗效、干眼症状评分、临床指标。结果观察组临床疗效96.67%高于对照组80.00%统计值=4.0431P0.05。观察组干眼症状评分低于对照组统计值P0.05。观察组BUT、SIT高于对照组统计值P0.05。结论人工泪液在青光眼白内障联合术后干眼症患者治疗中效果确切可明显改善其干眼症状值得借鉴。
