目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合噻托溴铵粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察。 方法 选取我院 2013 年 2 月 -2015 年 5 月收治的 86 名支气管哮喘患者为研究对象患者均为男性随机分为观察组和对照组n=43对照组给予常规治疗单用噻托溴胺粉吸入剂治疗观察组在对照组基础上另给予孟鲁司特钠治疗均治疗 8 周比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组在联合治疗后在临床控制率、改善肺功能均优于对照组p&lt;0.05。 结论 孟鲁司特钠联合噻托溴胺粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘可有效改善患者肺功能缓解临床症状提高其生活质量。
